What makes us great
- Of the 16,500+ schools offering business degrees worldwide, only 901 hold AACSB accreditation in business, widely considered the gold standard in business education. Of those 901, only 189 — or about 1% of schools globally — hold an additional accreditation in accounting, and the CBA is one of them.
- The CBA was ranked among the top 100 undergraduate business schools in the country, and fourth in Ohio and highest in Northeast Ohio, according to Poets&Quants for Undergrads in its 2021 rankings.
- Our part-time MBA program was the highest-ranking part-time MBA program at a public university in Northeast Ohio in U.S. News & World Report's 2022 national rankings. Also, our MBA program was named one of the best on-campus MBA programs by The Princeton Review in its 2021 rankings. We have made this Princeton Review list every year since its inception in 2005.
- The Ronald R. and Diane C. Fisher Institute for Professional Selling is the second-oldest university-based sales institute in the world and boasts one of the largest sales labs in the country.
- More than 600 CBA alumni occupy C-suite (executive) positions in Northeast Ohio alone, and about 1,000 CBA alumni hold C-suite positions throughout the country.
- The CBA has more than 270 business professionals serving on its advisory boards, ensuring that what happens in the classroom reflects market trends and demands.
