Biography
Dr. Singh joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering at UA in the Fall of 2015. He has over 15 years of teaching and research experience. Prior to joining UA, Dr. Singh obtained a Master’s in Materials Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India, and a Ph.D. in Physics from Kent State University, Ohio. Since joining UA, Dr. Singh has taught numerous undergraduate courses in the department of Mechanical Engineering. He also participates actively in research at UA. His research is focused on the evaluation of materials properties using destructive and non-destructive evaluation techniques.
