Directions to the Polsky/West Campus Parking Deck

How to get to the School of Speech Language Pathology and Audiology on the University of Akron campus

The street address for the deck is 275 S. High St. in Akron.

From the Northwest (Toledo, Bowling Green, Sandusky)
Follow I-80 (Ohio Turnpike) to I-77 South. Follow I-77 South to the Main/Broadway/Downtown Exit. Continue on Broadway approximately 1.5 miles to the University of Akron West Parking Deck, which will be on your left. Turn left at State Street, then turn left again onto High Street. Turn left into the parking deck entrance. Our designated parking spaces are against the State Street wall of the deck.

From the East (Kent, Youngstown), taking I-76
Follow I-76 West to I-77 North.  Take I-77 North to the Main/Broadway/Downtown Exit. Continue on Broadway approximately 1.5 miles to the University of Akron West Parking Deck, which will be on your left. Turn left at State Street, then turn left again onto High Street. Turn left into the parking deck entrance. Our designated parking spaces are against the State Street wall of the deck.

From the North (Cleveland, Cuyahoga Falls), taking SR-8
Take Route 8 South and exit at Perkins, turn right.  Follow Perkins to High Street, turn left. Continue on High Street to the University of Akron West Campus Parking Deck, which will be in your left. Turn left into the parking garage entrance. Our designated parking spots are against the State Street wall of the deck.

From the South (Akron-Canton Regional Airport, Canton, New Philadelphia), taking I-77
Take I-77 North to the Main/Broadway/Downtown Exit. Continue on Broadway approximately 1.5 miles to the University of Akron West Parking Deck, which will be on your left. Turn left at State Street, then turn left again onto High Street. Turn left into the parking deck entrance. Our designated parking spaces are against the State Street wall of the deck. 

From the Northeast (Erie, Buffalo), taking I-90
Take I-90 West to I-271 South (you will pick up 271 near Cleveland). Take I-271 South to SR-8 South. Exit at Perkins, turn right.  Follow Perkins to High Street, turn left. Continue on High Street to the University of Akron West Campsu Parking Deck, which will be in your left. Turn left into the parking garage entrance. Our designated parking spots are against the State Street wall of the deck.

From the West (Barberton), taking I-76
Take I-76 East to I-77 South. Take I-77 South to the Main/Broadway/Downtown Exit. Continue on Broadway approximately 1.5 miles to the University of Akron West Parking Deck, which will be on your left. Turn left at State Street, then turn left again onto High Street. Turn left into the parking deck entrance. Our designated parking spaces are against the State Street wall of the deck. 

From Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport
Take I-71 South from Cleveland. Follow I-80 (Ohio Turnpike) East. Exit at I-77 South.  Exit at the Main/Broadway/Downtown Exit. Continue on Broadway approximately 1.5 miles to the University of Akron West Parking Deck, which will be on your left. Turn left at State Street, then turn left again onto High Street. Turn left into the parking deck entrance. Our designated parking spaces are against the State Street wall of the deck. 

From the Southeast (Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus), taking I-71
Take I-71 North to I-76 East. Take I-76 East to I-77 North.  Take I-77 North to the Main/Broadway/Downtown Exit. Continue on Broadway about 1.5 miles to the University of Akron West Parking Deck, which will be on your left. Turn left at State Street, then turn left again onto High Street. Turn left into the parking deck entrance. Our designated parking spaces are against the State Street wall of the deck.
