Chi Sigma Iota- Alpha Upsilon is The University of Akron chapter of Counseling Academic & Professional Honor Society International for students, professional counselors and counselor educators. Chi Sigma Iota's mission is promote scholarship, research, professionalism, leadership and excellence in counseling, and to recognize high attainment in the pursuit of academic and clinical excellence in the profession of counseling.
