KNCL 119SolutionThe 300 MHz spectrometer is equipped to observe 1H/19F and 13C/31P. In addition to routine 1-D 1H and 13C spectra, homo- and heteronuclear decoupling, APT, DEPT, COSY, HETCOR (Heteronuclear shift correlation), homonuclear-2DJ, NOE Difference and saturation experiments etc., can be performed.
The Mercury 300 and INOVA 400 instruments are intended to be walk up instruments for undergraduate and graduate student research. Only people who have been checked out by MRC personnel are allowed to use the instrument.
These instruments are intended for routine walk-up access. Signup is via a reservation system accessible via the Scheduling page.
