Diversity is essential in today's successful businesses. The College of Business (CoB) is fully committed to achieving diversity and inclusive excellence through its advisory boards, faculty, and especially students. Living and working in the modern world requires our students to have a good understanding of cross-cultural similarities and differences. However, inclusive excellence is not an unreflective exercise. Rather, it calls for continuous engagement and improvement. To this end, the CoB offers students numerous ways to network with diverse groups of people and hone their cross-cultural knowledge and skills.
