Sample Submission

All samples submitted to MRC staff should be accompanied with a sample submission form. Please fill out this form and email it to Dr. Dudipala with your request. You should wait to prepare any samples until you receive confirmation with a time to drop off samples. All samples should be dropped to Dr. Dudipala's office in KNCL 132 unless otherwise specified.
