OpenVnmrJ Software
OpenVnmrJ (the same software used to operate the instruments) can be downloaded and installed from GitHub for macOS and Ubuntu or Red Hat-based distributions of Linux. A setup script and instructions for Windows users to install OpenVnmrJ via Windows Subsystem for Linux is also available via GitHub.

Bruker TopSpin
SpinWorks
SpinWorks is a free program developed by Kirk Marat for processing 1D and 2D NMR data.

GNAT
The General NMR Analysis Toolbox (GNAT) is a free MATLAB-based toolbox for processing NMR data. It is mainly used for processing diffusion (DOSY), relaxation (T1 / T2), and kinetics experiments. The download page contains a compiled version for Windows or you can download the MATLAB version to run on other platforms. Instructions for installing MATLAB can be found on the University of Akron software download page.
Forticlient VPN Setup Guides
The above software packages do not require connection to campus to use, but you will need to connect via VPN from off campus to access the FOM scheduling calendar.
