Q: What campus activities were you involved?
A: I was active in the Economics Club, UA marching band and jazz band, Psi Chi national honor society for psychology students, and completed the personal leadership and development course through the College of Business.
Q: What campus honors or awards have you received?
A: Dean’s List every semester, certification in SAS programming language, the Akron Guarantee Scholarship and the Honors College Scholarship.
Q: What are your plans after graduation?
A: I plan to attend law school in the fall of 2023 after working in the policy field to assist my decision of a specialization.
Q: What is your favorite memory of UA?
A: While working on my honors project in economics, all the seniors stayed late in the economics department working together and with the professors on our respective projects. This experience epitomized the universal struggles of college students while humanizing our professors more than a formal classroom setting.
Q: What unique things should we know about you?
A: Through my internships during my time at UA, I have met with representatives, senators, a secretary of education, and many other leaders in public policy, government and journalism. I was also fortunate enough to curate a gallery on the science and history of vaccines that went on display this fall at a Smithsonian affiliate museum in Texas.
