Akron Law and Vestige, LTD. To Present Electronic Evidence Certificate Program

Akron, Ohio, Oct. 12, 2009 - The University of Akron School of Law and Vestige, Ltd. will co-sponsor a continuing legal education program titled "Electronic Evidence Certificate Program" on Nov. 20 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Nov. 21 from 8 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. The program will be held at The University of Akron's Paul Martin University Center, 105 Fir Hill, Akron, Ohio.

Participants will receive an Electronic Evidence Certificate demonstrating competency in the legal and technical knowledge and skill sets necessary to advise clients regarding: using electronic evidence to accurately document and prove maximum damages in civil cases; investigating events without interviewing personnel; finding facts without relying upon human recall; documenting events without incurring significant outside counsel fees; and allowing electronic evidence to lead outside counsel and client to claims and defenses faster and more economically than traditional case-building research.

Presenters will be Don Wochna, founding partner of Vestige, Ltd., an electronic evidence professional services firm and Tom Henretta, a certified civil trial specialist.

The registration fee before Nov. 9 is $450 per person; $500 per person after Nov. 9. The cost includes 12 CLE hours including one hour ethics, one hour professionalism and .5 hour substance abuse, as well as breakfast and lunch both days.
