Dr. Luis Proenza will present advice to students during a "last lecture" titled "Temporary Endings and Permanent Beginnings" at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 8 in Ballroom A of the Student Union. All are invited. The talk is free.
After serving as president for 15 years, Dr. Proenza announced last year his intent to transition to a full-time faculty role.
The talk is sponsored by The Mortar Board Senior Honorary. Its "Last Lecture Series" is patterned after the famous lecture delivered by Randy Pausch at Carnegie Mellon in 2007.
