The University of Akron's Hospitality Club is hosting a Bistro Brunch on Sunday, Sept. 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Crystal Room Bistro in Gallucci Hall, 200 E. Exchange St.
The buffet will include made-to-order omelets, waffles, bacon, sausage, hash browns, carving-prime rib, roasted chicken, pasta, salad, assorted desserts and more.
The cost is $16.95 for UA Hospitality Club supporters and $13.95 for students. Children 3 and younger receive free admission. Proceeds from the event help support hospitality learning experiences for students in UA's Hospitality Cub.
