UA’s Department of Economics has been recognized for excellence by The Financial Engineer in a recent national ranking of 157 schools that offer a terminal master’s degree in economics.
The master’s degree program in economics is ranked first among schools in Northeast Ohio and 10th nationally among schools without doctoral programs in economics.
The rankings are based on several factors, including:
- Mean GRE scores
- Mean starting salary and bonus
- Mean undergraduate
- GPA Acceptance rate
- Full-time graduates employed at graduation
- Full-time graduates employed three months after graduation
